The site

LiveWell Flagstone is at 1 Flagstonian Drive, on the corner of Parkland Drive, in the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area. Stage one is around 4,100 m² on a 2.033 ha site, with about 85 car bays at grade along the western edge. That leaves the middle of the site for a public courtyard with shade and seating.

The Flagstone water play park, adventure playground and sports precinct are just across the road, and the future Flagstone train station is planned around 225 m away.

What’s planned

  • Healthcare, anchored by a committed GP and pathology practice. The target mix includes radiology, dental, pharmacy, optometry and allied health.
  • Childcare: a purpose-built 120-place centre with its own outdoor play area, reception and drop-off.
  • A gym above the courtyard, looking over the park.
  • Food, beverage and everyday retail opening onto the courtyard.

The mix is a target, not a fixed schedule. Tenancy sizes and layouts are being set with each operator, so practices that talk to us early can shape the space around how they work.

Timing

  • Q1 2027: development application lodged with Economic Development Queensland.
  • Q3 2027: construction starts.
  • End 2028: completion and handover.

Cornerstone Group develops and builds the precinct, so fitouts can be delivered with the base build rather than after it. One programme and one set of trades means you open on handover.

A catchment that’s arriving

Greater Flagstone is a State-declared growth area planned for around 51,500 homes over the next 30 to 40 years, and around 59,000 people already live in the precinct’s trade area. It’s a young, family-heavy community that is still short on local health services.
