What’s happening on site
Earthworks and civil works started in September 2026 on the corner of Burpengary Road and New Settlement Road. It follows development approval from Moreton Bay City Council in May 2026, and the anchor signings that came in July.
Over the coming months the site moves from groundworks to structure, and the precinct is on track to open in mid 2027.

- General practice, with on-site pathology: committed.
- Early learning, with around 90 places: committed.
- A specialty café: committed.
- Pharmacy: under offer.
Securing the GP as an anchor was deliberate. It’s the service local families use most often, and it sets the rhythm for every other tenant in the building. We’ve written more about that in why the GP comes first.
Two suites remain
Two tenancies are still available, at 292 m² and 208 m². The precinct is approved for medical and childcare use, and the remaining suites suit allied health and specialist practices that work alongside a GP and on-site pathology.
Fitouts are agreed with each practice ahead of opening, so every tenancy is ready to trade from day one. The tenancy directory, leasing FAQ and enquiry form are on the LiveWell Burpengary website.
